Choose your garment, select your colour and size, then choose your print location and print size. You can upload your own artwork or select a ready-made design from our TeeVerse design catalogue. Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare your design for printing and produce your custom garment.
Yes. You can upload your own artwork when customising a garment. For the best print quality, use a high-resolution image with a transparent background where possible. If there are any issues with your artwork that could affect the final print, we’ll contact you before printing.
Yes. Visit our Designs page to browse the TeeVerse design catalogue. When you find a design you like, click “Use this design”, choose your garment, colour and size, then select your preferred print location and print size.
We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, which produces vibrant, detailed and durable prints on a wide range of garments. For the best results, always follow the care instructions provided with your order.
We currently offer Small/Logo, A5, A4 and A3 print sizes. The available size may depend on the garment and print location you choose. Pricing is calculated automatically based on your selected print size.
Yes. You can add multiple prints to your garment, for example a design on the front and another on the back. Each print can have its own location and size, and the additional printing cost will be calculated automatically.
Courier delivery is charged at R99 per order. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you’ll receive the relevant delivery information.
Because each TeeVerse garment is custom printed to order, production takes place before your order can be dispatched. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated with your order, and we’ll contact you if there are any unexpected delays.
Because custom-printed garments are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or approved customisation choices. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
To help your print last as long as possible, wash the garment inside out in cold or cool water using a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Do not iron directly over the printed design. Air drying is recommended where possible.
