Delivery Information

We deliver TeeVerse orders throughout South Africa using courier delivery. Because our garments are custom printed to order, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Delivery Cost

Courier delivery is charged at a flat rate of R99 per order. The delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Production & Dispatch

Every TeeVerse garment is custom printed after your order is placed. Once your order has been completed and is ready for dispatch, it will be handed over to our courier for delivery.

We’ll keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays with the production or dispatch of your order.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. TeeVerse cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow the courier’s normal delivery time after collection from TeeVerse.

Delivery Problems

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe your parcel has been lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your order number and any relevant photos or information so we can assist you.
