These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the TeeVerse website. By placing an order with TeeVerse, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Delivery Information.
Orders
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the products, garment sizes, colours, print locations, print sizes, artwork and other customisation options you select are correct before completing checkout.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to contact you if additional information is required before production can begin.
Custom and Personalised Products
Many TeeVerse products are custom printed specifically according to your selections or artwork.
You are responsible for checking all customisation details before submitting your order. This includes garment selection, size, colour, artwork, spelling, names, dates, print location and print size.
Once production or printing has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Artwork and Designs
When uploading artwork, logos, photographs, text or other content to TeeVerse, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content for printing.
You must not submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
TeeVerse reserves the right to decline to print artwork where we reasonably believe that producing it may be unlawful or infringe the rights of another party.
TeeVerse Design Catalogue
Designs made available through the TeeVerse design catalogue may be selected for printing on eligible products.
Purchasing a product featuring a TeeVerse catalogue design does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the design separately from the product purchased.
Artwork Quality and Print Results
The quality of the finished print may depend on the quality and resolution of the artwork supplied.
We may contact you if we identify an issue with your artwork that could materially affect the print.
Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the finished printed product because of differences in screens, garment materials and printing processes.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the TeeVerse website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
Product prices, printing charges, delivery fees and any other applicable charges will be displayed during the ordering and checkout process.
We may update our prices from time to time. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for.
Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will only proceed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
TeeVerse does not directly store your complete payment card details. Card payments are processed by the payment provider made available through our website.
Production
TeeVerse products are generally printed to order. Production begins after an order and payment have been confirmed and any necessary artwork requirements have been resolved.
Production times may vary depending on the order, availability of garments, quantity and other operational factors.
We will contact you if an unexpected issue is likely to cause a significant delay.
Delivery
TeeVerse delivers orders throughout South Africa using courier delivery.
Courier delivery is currently charged at a flat rate of R99 per order unless otherwise stated during checkout.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Because custom-printed products are produced specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, an incorrect size selection or customisation choices submitted by you.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Product Availability
Products and garment options are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative or refund where necessary.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information where necessary.
Intellectual Property
The TeeVerse name, branding, website content, graphics and TeeVerse-owned designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Rights in artwork supplied by customers remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TeeVerse will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the TeeVerse website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection requirements.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated date.
South African Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
